Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy
Welcome to QuickWebers (the “Site”). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and ask that you respect ours. If you believe your copyright-protected work is being used in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a takedown notice to us in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (Title 17, U.S. Code § 512(c)).
Notice of Infringement – Claim
To submit a valid takedown notice, please provide the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- A clear identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material (such as the URL where it appears), sufficient for us to locate it.
- Your contact information, including name, physical address, email address, phone number, and fax number (if available).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use of the material is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA takedown notice under § 512(c)(3) must be done carefully—Title 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) exposes individuals to civil liability (including attorneys’ fees) if they knowingly misrepresent infringement.

Please send all takedown notices using our Contact page, or directly via email at contact@quickwebers.com for the fastest response.

If you received a takedown and believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification, which must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the removed material and its original location before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was the result of a mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your federal judicial district (or, if outside the U.S., any judicial district in which we might be found).
- Please send counter notices via our Contact page or directly to contact@quickwebers.com.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We take allegations of infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA, we maintain records of notices and pursue a repeat infringer policy, which may result in account termination or restricted access for violators.
